Dancing To Be Fit


Dance, Dance, Dance

There is a brand new exercise,
guaranteed to trim your size,
it is the in thing,
it is called dancing.
Whether, strip dancing,
where you discard
your clothing... or
pole dancing,
where you resort
to pole grabbing...or
belly dancing,
where your button shows
while you're gyrating.
Maybe, you are a shaker
or, a hip hop mover,
or, perhaps, a classic jazzer.
Whatever you choose,
some pounds you'll lose.
So, get your body moving,
just keep dancing! ;-)
