it raises blood cholesterol.
of saturated fats...
from pizza, ice cream, cake and pie,
these keep blood cholesterol high.
of olestra...
the fat which causes diarrhea,
it takes out fats that aren't extra.
of meat and cheeses...
which increases risks of diseases,
these are also fiber-less.
of fat-free foods...
these, too, are high in calorie,
like sugar, so bad for me.
just one question:
what is good for ingestion,
that is healthy to perfection?
